In Grade 6, Corbin was building a GeoCities site for his Warcraft II clan. By Grade 8, he was buying products online and reselling them at a flea market. His father later hired him to study internet marketing and help build a real company website. Each breakthrough strengthened the instinct: find what it could unlock next.
Now Agentic AI
Real estate added more than 12 years of sales, leadership, negotiation and more than 800 completed homes. AI added the missing leverage. Today, a specialized agentic AI team researches, questions, designs, codes, tests and documents the work. Corbin still makes every executive call. His AI team can now complete in hours work that once demanded a full development crew.
